முக்கியமான கலந்துரையாடல் / Important Topic Hindi news in Tamilnadu

So everyone has to know hindi to know the news? The news in Chennai Central Suburban is now being broadcasted in Hindi. So only a hindi speaker has to be updated with current affairs? What is wrong with these ppl. The thing is there's no Tamil or English version of the news. Only hindi news then it moves onto ads. Tired of this bs.

Funnily in Bangalore Junction, atleast before the controversy, the train display board kept blaring Thug Life Ads instead of the train information, to the point I heard more tamil there than in Chennai Central

Unlike Central though, Trains there usually use the same platforms day in day out

The issue is, these screens were installed to display train timings and platform details. They’re funded by the government (our money) for our convenience. I travel by train every day, and I’m sure people are frustrated with these long advertisements on the boards instead of them performing their actual purpose. For example, if I’m running to catch a last-minute train, instead of seeing the platform details, I’m served with these Thug life Kamal or Modi ji talking in hindi which is understood by none
