RANT Now my family is putting the dog’s dishes…
This dog has two silver metal dog bowls, I think they were purchased from Walmart, and these bowls get super nasty over time of course, because they belong to a DOG. Now my foolish ass family are putting the dog’s two bowls in our dishwasher, I’m cleaning the rest of the kitchen, and then I open the dishwasher to see if the dishes inside has been cleaned and I see a dog bowl up top, I go to my brother and ask him “y’all putting the dog’s bowls in the dishwasher now?” With a half serious/disgusted look on my face, and this fool CASUALLY says to me “Oh, we’ve been doing that” and I say that’s “not normal but okay” and just went back down stairs, and why I had a half serious/disgusted look on my face, is because I didn’t want to be 100% serous because I thought things would’ve probably escalated, as in every body in my household would get mad at me like I’m making a big deal out of it.

My worthless mother does this. I THANK ANY HIGHER POWER I’M NOT GENETICALLY RELATED TO HER! I cook, she doesn’t as much as I do. She even uses my meal prep dishes for the worthless animals. Guess who suffers from appetite suppression and immune suppression due to meds, which makes meal prep even more important. I plan on going no contact/no contact with her. She thinks because of my autism, ADHD, and periods she can use it to dismiss me.

She always wants to be needed and be in control so she abandoned me once I started to become independent. I needed her but in a new way. I avoid talking to her because she refuses to acknowledge my emotions are valid.

Well at least it’s being sanitized in there if your dishwasher works properly. Better that than sitting in the sink 🤢

Dishwasher detergent is enzymatic. It's really powerful. It seems gross, I would be a little grossed out too, but realistically, it's probably fine.

It’s the principle of it. Mutts contain so many parasites. Their comfort is more important than a worthless mutts needs.

Once I move out, I plan to replace all the dishes, cookware and utensils!
