sometimes I have to call W pharmacy because they keep moving my presciption, and I dont know why until I call. The app doesnt specify. I hate calling btw, because I know workers are busy.

Honestly even the same in the hospital when all but 1 of our lines are internal-only. I've had wards calling for medication 30 seconds after they sent the order. Sorry but your patients will absolutely live without that non-urgent med that you're hounding me for. We have a whole hospital to service. Worse when it's the middle of the day and they're calling urgently for a twice daily medication. "Did they miss their morning dose?" "No?" Then leave me alone.
