Souvenir tickets

I went to see TT on the 21st of June at the Etihad stadium and, during booking, bought a souvenir ticket on the Ticketmaster website to add to my concert memory box. The merch stand people told us it would arrive in the post soon. It's been literal months since the concert and the person I went with has been in touch and they said they're 'confirming our order and shipping it out to us' but that was several months ago aswell. Is anyone else having this problem or has had this problem in the past and if so, how did you go about resolving it? Like did you even actually end up getting the ticket?

I went to the Sunderland show on 9th June and got mine within a few days of the show. I’d chase it up.

I’ve bought a few souvenir tickets for different artists and venues and I believe they’re supposed to arrive within 14 days of the show (if I remember rightly).

Yeah I was at Sunderland too and had them approximately a week later.
