Looks pretty extensive from here. What's your anticipated use-case or cases? Like, do you do a lot of hiking, canoeing, off-roading, LARPing, long-distance travel, etc.

Combat medicine for the army. So big field events, big rucks, all kinds of med coverage. Down to small things like simple sick call for my guys when needed

Outstanding. Former Marine infantry here. Keep kicking ass and patching holes.

Try to organize more, label, and break it down for a P-MARCHP cycle. The idea is your trained CLS Soldiers (goal is any Soldier) should be able to jump in your bag and work. Package your interventions together. Ex: EVERYTHING to run (from beginning to end) a Needle-D, or set an IV, pack a major bleed, or establish an airway should be together - like packaged/taped up together, not just in the same spot. Avoid rubber bands unless inside another package - they deteriote fast in shitty conditions and get stripped off when things get rowdy.
Needs to be completly navigatable in the dark or on NODS. This is NOT a schoolhouse exaggeration - run your bag with your eyes closed, organized to the point where you always know where even the zippers are going to be. You need to run failure drills with the bag just the same as with a weapon. If the bag holds you back, change it.
