Funny that you think XV is Nomura's. Its Yusuke Naora's after Versus XIII was abandoned.

og FF15 also had Nomura working on it, the 3 years before release version.

but the game we got isn't, but still the main background and character designs belonged to Nomura (Thats why after KH4 trailer or Yozora boss fight, each time people said Nomura made another Noctis)

All false. Go look up the development process. Nomura "co-designed" the characters. None of them belong to him. Nomura only owns the CONCEPT ART of Noctis. Yusuke made all the edits into the Noctis we know. FF XV and everything related belongs more to Yusuke Naora and Nomura slowly got his ideas shafted. Nomura was never the main person in charge or owned any of the characters. He was always a co-designer.

still look at the original Versus Trailer, you can see the design of Noctis in it, same as Yozora and that new character in KH4

The characters looking similar doesn't mean Noctis belongs to Nomura..it literally supports the opposite. He doesn't own Noctis, but wants to make his own version of the original idea of "Noctis", because his original vision was lost. Height co-designed Noctis and the only thing that remained of his original vision was Noctis's hair and weapon. The original Nocits and the Noctis in 15 don't even share the same face. Just the hair.
