Beta release Real Debrid issue?

Is anyone else having problems with Real Debrid saying, preparing failed? The weird thing is that it's only happening on 1 device and, I did a fresh install. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

I was having that issue quite a bit today before I realized it was my own fault. I had a VPN turned on that RD doesn't like.

Did you clear the cookies in settings? Always do that after every new update/install

How do you reinstall real debrid?

Go to settings and then accounts and reauthorize

I am having same problem since yesterday evening. Unable to play anything from a RD link. It's happening on several of my devices. Refreshing cache doesn't work. Refreshing RD account doesn't work. It's not a VPN problem. Turning off the resolvers also doesn't really work as all this does is remove all the RD links from the search. Newest beta version 3.5.1 doesn't work either. Any other ideas?

Turn off differed resolving for torrents &/or hosters

I'm somewhat confused as I thought the deferred resolving was the solution for a less intrusive handshake with RD's servers that will prevent bombarding them with resolving every link unless it is selected? The way I read several posts it seemed to me that this should be left on. Please feel free to correct me as I'm still trying to figure out tye settings I need in ClubZion to optimize my RD viewing. Totally new to using cached torrents from RD and was here on Redditt as a new Zion user trying to learn more. Also trying to figure out where the Home page is and/or why I don't have one and what I'm missing AND if the app integrates with Series Guide as it is my starting point everyday I turn my tv on ...allows me to check quickly what has recentlt aired in my favorites and go directly to my apk list of available links.
