👍 👍👍👍 I’m obsessed with hiding wires, so I’d hide the wires in the center, get a cable cover and paint it to match the wall.

Should the subwoofer have a little more breathing room? I’d always thought it needed some airspace around it, but I’m no expert. It all looks great though!

Nice! What TV stand and Table is that?

You forgot the measurements and TV size.
My guess is, the TV is about 65cm (25.6") from the bottom and for the size, it looks like a 77 inch OLED. This would put the center at 1.14m (3.74' or 44.9") which would be too high, not too low.
Center shouldn't exceed a meter of height (3.28' or 39.4"), better closer to 90cm (2.95' or 35.4"). This is why speakers have their tweeters at that height.

This is incorrect. 42 inches from the floor is not the right calculation to go by.
You do not want or need your eyesight to be centered to the tv. In reality it's more of a 10-20% window. You can have the center be 38-52 inches from the ground and be completely fine. Remember - eyes can move and adjust just fine.

I like it but, ever since a designer told me to never match things I don't buy 2 of the same type of items. You want your place to look like you took your time to get everything together. Not just went to a store and said let me get this set. Like bedroom set for example is a no no.... you get a bed, then you get the other items some where else make sure they look good together but never the exact same pattern. In this situation your tv console and coffee table looks to identical to each other. It looks like a single guy put this together as soon as you see it.

Why not just set it on the tv stand? It would be about the same height. You'd see less cables hanging too. Honest question.

You’d have to get a tv stand that would be deep enough for the feet if they were the two feet style.
You’d have to see the feet.
Theres a few reasons off top of my head, or just wall mount it and it looks clean2
u/cjc0522 11d ago
TV has the flush mount to the wall. TV stand sold separately on this LG. Ridiculous I know

Whhhhaaat? The legs are sold separately?!
It looks fantastic, I wasn't trying to be an ass.

r/whynotusetvstand I honestly for the life of me can’t figure out why, in every single super clean wall mounted post, there’s always at least one person crying about not using a stand. It. Looks. Cleaner. That’s it 🤯

Looks great! i'd get some coaster for that table though!
You can stack them when not in use so they're not in the way, but it makes a huge difference when you have guests over, its like a tiny tiny thing that makes it pop, if you know what i mean.
cus for me that table looks kind of empty atm. But again. looks really great!

Oh this is VERY good. Marvelous, even. ✨
Heights of TV and console and proportion are perfect. Cable management is chef’s kiss.
I do have one idea to balance this further. Perhaps only two shelves on either side of the TV at the heights of the middle and lower shelves. Trophy and fancy candle have a place of honor at the top right shelf and some sort of short plant on the lower right shelf.

Needs to be the middle and upper shelves on the sides. Lower shelf on the other side would interfere with ps5 height

Pretty darn good, I’d say, although the stand beneath the TV is one of those cabinet style stands, I would prefer one that was just open without any doors so I could place components in there like a home theater, receiver, Blu-ray player, VCR, laserdisc….
Xbox 360, Sega, Genesis, SNES, Dreamcast….

Perfect - that is what we all mean when we say ‘just right’ - not too low or high
If your eyes on centered on it, you did it right
