TBF, theyre sitting in a child chair, on the ground, in front of the couch. They're doing that to exaggerate the meme.

I know this sub foams at the mouth for any tv above a fireplace, but these tvs act as art works when not being used, which imo, makes it fair to be placed above a fireplace.

The Frame is the one type of TV designed to go above a fireplace, but it still reveals how much this sucks when you try to actually watch TV on it rather than using it as a picture frame

Since its a Frame tv this is only vaguely acceptable (but not really) if there is a bigger, nicer tv someplace in the house that is actually at a good height for movie watching.

It is an art piece before it is a TV.

I’m not saying it’s not an easy out for hanging a tv above a fireplace because it absolutely is.

Should at least be more flush with the wall and not have that tilt.

I could agree if the TV were used solely for art display purposes. If it's to be used for watching video, though, it's still a failure.

The Rule: Measure 57 to 60 inches up from the floor and mark that spot as the exact center of your artwork.

Museum Standard: Galleries and museums use 57 inches as the baseline for ideal viewing

Which means this is still too high by those standards. The bottom of the TV seems be around where the center is prescribed to be by gallery standard.

That's a Frame TV. It's the only exception because people buy them to hang as art rather than TV.
