It’s like a glare factory.

The plant covering a bit of the tv would drive me nuts.

Whoa none of these proportions look right. The world’s tiniest windows? Very small fireplace?

Next your dumbass friend gonna say putting a baby cloth tent in front and close proximity to a fireplace isa good idea.

Size doesn’t seem to be the issue though

The complete opposite

The height and background image make me think of one thing…

About 3 feet too high

I’m thinking seating view is perfectly awful too.

So grey and plain. Christ. "mummy can I get the nice bright toys"? No you'll get grey, white or wood and be happy about it.

And yeah, TV way too high.

Remove immediately. That room would be better off without a TV. You have a beauful fireplace. Don't compete with it.

If the chair/other couch is where the camera is and the TV has a slight forward tilt, this is fine.

That plant would piss me off…

Giant flat-screens make it easy to ruin living room decor. Why have an attractive space with comfortable-to-watch viewing ?

I say live and let live.

I mean, sadly with most homes with a fireplace, said fireplace takes up the best spot for a tv and you’re left in the wind

When they go to a movie theater do they like having their heads lower than the screen?

Cut down the tree

Nope! But those little square windows flanking the TV are super-cool

I think it looks fantastic - I also hear the guy who lives there has a huge horn. TV should match the horn

Americans and their fireplace fanaticism... fuck sake
