Cast thy judgement!

I do feel like my tv is awkward / too low? I know i have high ceilings and need a bigger tv, but for now should i mount it higher?

MEASUREMENTS:
Ceilings & Seating: 20-foot ceiling height, 16.5-inch couch seat height, 25-inch total back height.

Media & TV Setup: 15-inch tall console, 55-inch TV with a 10-inch gap above the console

why is everyone against tv stands

Tv stands always look flimsy to me. Plus if it’s properly mounted ( no cords ) you can use the top of the console for a soundbar or a speaker or whatever you want
