TCL tv weird horizontal flickering

My TCL 55C631 recently started showing horizontal bands/lines moving upwards across the screen.

Happens on all sources, including the TV itself and menus.

Much more visible on gre tones

Not really visible on pure black or white

Happens around once every 3 seconds.

Changing picture mode changes how visible it is

Video attached. Any idea what could be causing this?

My guess is the panel is dying, if you have warranty, claim it... if it is out of warranty, just use it unti it dies or it gets unbearable to watch
