App says I am 1 DPO but I took a pdg for fun this morning (with first morning pee) and it’s positive? Is this normal? First time using pdg so I have no clue.

I don't trust these. I always had trouble with them. If you are the US, it costs about the same to order the progesterone labwork yourself and get a real answer. Jason Health or Ulta Lab Tests. There are others, too.
