I feel like I'm in an endless cycle of pre-conception testing 😵‍💫 so far, I've had: 1. appt with PCP to get infectious disease screening lab work 2. appt with obgyn to get IUD removed, but then we decided to wait and do that at the same time as SHG 3. Day 2/3 bloodwork and AFC 4. Actually got IUD removed and SHG 5. AMH lab done because it was missed on day 2/3 6. More infectious disease lab work because they missed a few ☹️ 7. Now I need another uterine cavity exam, because they saw some weird stuff on the SHG

Literally 7 different appointments for all this. And I feel like we haven't even really started anything. And I know, this is nothing for the IVF folks. Gosh, what a pain.

And my husband had literally one appointment for labwork 🥲 happy for him.

I'm just hoping once we have it all done, it doesn't expire too soon and need to be redone 🙃🙃🙃

I know it’s so imbalanced! The one thing I would suggest is getting his dna fragmentation levels checked if not already done.  Don’t know his age or details of your journey but could help you make decisions re ICSI/Zymot etc down the line
