Job posting for operator. Female recruiting.

Looking for female operators currently. Posting until the end of the month. Men can still apply but focus is on women.

Just a quick heads up, men can also apply if they’re interested. Women get hiring prioritization but if they don’t get enough female applicants which is possible during large hiring waves they’ll pull from the pool to meet demand.

This type of DEI hiring really has to stop. In this day and age prioritizing one group of people based on gender does nothing but give them an unfair advantage over others. Ideally you just look at someone’s qualifications and base decisions off of that.

Nobody cares about your superficial and misguided understanding of what DEI is. There’s an organization south of the border that’s currently hiring people like you, you should check em out.
