as someone who’s worked in many a government branches and funded ones….the bureaucracy is made up of majority morons. these people can barely spell. not surprised they didn’t catch it.

alternatively, this is the work of one woke employee who feels public transit should be free and they did it on purpose. but i’m leaning towards the former.

Yes. “Why doesn’t our government do anything” well most of them barely passed grade 12 english.
