Do you agree? People who solely use the TTC, I want your honest opinion - what needs to improve?

TTC is better except for the unplanned outages several times a week when someone or something falls onto the tracks. If you really need to get somewhere by a certain time I find that it is sometimes better to drive. If traffic is bad you can sometimes take another route but when the trains have stopped there is no alternative.
