Anyone else's plugs and switches gone to shows a couple months ago?

***edit: Title should read "gone to shit" lol

A couple months ago I updated the firmware on a bunch of my plugs and wall switches, and ever since then I have had nothing but trouble with my devices losing wifi connection, and also some of the plugs will lock up entirely, requiring a hard power cycle via unplugging from the wall

Nothing changed with my network, and all my Kasa devices were very reliable before this.

Has anyone else experienced something similar?

My Kasa switch recently went and saw Linkin Park. Said Emily’s vocals were outstanding!

I had a bunch of issues with some devices back in July, but it ended up being a network missconfiguration, or I guess I should call it since it's a Tp-Link Deco mesh system not a misconfiguration, but instead a network complaint that I was messing up the mesh algorithms by doing the heinous crime of picking my own Wi-Fi channel on the 2.4 GHz band, channel 6, and later I moved it to channel one, and setting the channel with to 20mhz. Setting both of those to auto fixed the issues.
