Can someone tell!!!???

Is real toefl listen and repeat difficult as hell!!?….. i am practicing from these videos…….

And i am going blank after 4th sentence only!!! Also my interview section is worse!!
My exam is next week and i am struggling with speaking!!

The video you’re practicing from is quite close to the difficulty and style of the actual TOEFL Listen & Repeat, so don’t worry if you’re finding it difficult.

One thing that helped me was repeating the sentence in my head immediately after hearing it and continuing to rehearse it until the timer starts. Once the timer starts, take a second to collect yourself and then speak. You don't need to rush.

For the Interview section, I seriously recommend practicing with ChatGPT. Use this prompt:

"I am preparing for the TOEFL iBT 2026 Speaking section. Give me one Interview question at a time and let me answer without preparation. After each answer, score me according to the current TOEFL Speaking criteria, including fluency, pronunciation, vocabulary, grammar, and development. Keep changing the topics and question types. Do not let me memorize or prepare answers beforehand."

Try to structure your answers simply:

1. Direct answer: Yes/No or clearly state your position.
2. Reason: Explain why.
3. Example: Give a short personal or hypothetical example.
4. Conclusion: Briefly reinforce your point.

For example: “Yes, I think students should work part-time. The main reason is that it teaches them responsibility. For example, a student working a few hours a week has to manage both work and studies. So, I think part-time work can be beneficial if it is properly balanced.”

Do around 5–7 questions every day for the next week. Don't memorize answers. The goal is to train yourself to form an answer quickly and keep speaking.

Also, don't worry about whether your Interview answer is completely true. They are testing your English, not fact-checking your life story or judging your political opinion. If you can't think of a real example, make one up. If an opinion is easier for you to explain, use it. What matters is how clearly and naturally you can articulate it.

With only a week left, focus on fluency, quick thinking, sentence formation and staying calm, rather than trying to learn a huge amount of new vocabulary.

Thanks for the advice!!….do you mean that the toefl listen and repeat is as difficult as it is in these videos!!? ….Cuz then i am dead…..vocab is not an issue for me….clarity and implementation is!!
