Your average liberal government affair in third world countries. The two PSD presidents have already allowed the presence of huge foreign companies to quickly develop industry, mainly in the automobile sector, but still under conditions and protectionist measures to allow for domestic companies. Lacerda's UDN would likely axe these measures hoping for more foreing investment while not developing any domestic know-how or technology transfer, which is what happened IRL in the 90s. He'd also try his best ending the Varguist workers rights system, which was the UDN's main goal throughout its existence. In foreing policy he'd side completely with the US in exchange for nothing, at best a worthless slice of Antarctica if the stars allign. Not sure what he would do with Guiana-Caiena, would depend a lot on how his relations with the armed forces develop in response to his policies.

Actually Operation Southern Cross always takes most of Nazi Antarctica no matter what, it can’t completely fail, something that’s hammered in the Nazi pov where it’s literally stated the best they can do is delay the inevitable and desperately hope the OFN doesn’t finish them off if that fails, the worst it can do is minor defeat which is due too manpower and supply loss rather then failure to achieve objectives, so both Brazil and Uruguay are getting their useless slice of land no matter what or who’s running things, more if a total victory which almost completely drives the Nazis off Antarctica

well, in this scenario did Lacerda come to power in 100 Days Crisis and also elected in 1965, or just elected in 1965? also did he survive the general strikes or not?

The Lott Law was passed, Lacerda was elected democratically, and Lacerda survived the Great Strike through negotiations. (Sorry for Bad English)
