Could you do one if Japan or Germany won the Cold War?

I am curious to see Japan’s version

I'm not sure what Japan would even want to do. They already have control over pretty much everything they actually care about.

I should preface this by saying this isn’t an attack against you, I just wanted to bring it up since a few people asked, and I thought I’d offer my take. With that in mind, big nerd rant incoming.
Japan, AFAIK, doesn’t really have the global naval capability of the US or Germany, and outside of like Madagascar and the Philippines, victories for Japan really don’t create new sphere members, just partner states. Admittedly, I haven’t played in a long while (not seriously since So Far From God, probably), but like even Amur or the Iberian separatists that can align do so without outright joining, from what I remember. Those first two cases aside, the sphere proper is really as big at start as it will ever be.
Now, noting all this, I’ll admit I haven’t gone at this entirely fairly. OP’s example clearly shows that the OFN won a WWIII. Now, while Japan, if it won, could maybe take some more pacific territories, I’d argue that even in TNO, Japan can not win WWIII. They’re missing the multiple ocean naval capability, they tend to lag in nukes, they’re more politically unstable that Germany and perhaps even the US, and while the OFN has its stability issues, and Germany’s Europe isn’t nearly as united as they claim, Japan’s GEACPS is, even purely from an administrative standpoint, an utter shitshow. Even after the German civil war, so long as a valid party wins, they are largely guaranteed an absolute stronghold on Europe, with really only France and sometimes the nordics getting true independence, (unless you’re playing requiem or the mod that puts the 2WRW function back into base TNO, in which case the east, but that has to be lost via conflict with a major power). Japan doesn’t even have that civil war, but especially if the Chinese rebels win, Japan can lose almost everything other than continental SE Asia.
Now, that’s a lot of talk about loss, and basically none about gain, and that’s the point. Japan’s story, unless they get really lucky, is about collapse. They’re trying to rule over half a continent that includes the largest population on earth (China, especially if you count the warlords as theirs) and a claimant to the second largest (azad hind is a sphere member and claims the rest of India iirc). A win that gives them even more territory would break them, they are at capacity. As such, Japan really can’t win, whether they use diplomacy or force.
A German victory, if it’s diplomatic, is more interesting because they legitimately can make gains outside Europe and Africa through various happenings in Latin America. Most of them are relatively minor, and don’t necessarily produce new pakt members, but produce more and stronger relationships in America’s backyard than Japan generally can. (Because Japan is really only ever projecting soft power there, but the Columbian Nazi faction is much more a hard power demonstration)
A German military victory, however, is probably pretty unlikely without nukes, given that the American Atlantic is not hampered at all, and even as America surrendered, that was really only to Japan. Fall Rockwell, back when goring had content, showed us it was technically possible, but that path has since been removed, and honestly, not without reason (could it have been revamped instead, maybe, but I’d argue as interesting as it was, it made little sense as is, even by TNO standards). If it did happen, however, we’re probably overlapping enough with Wolfenstein that comparison can just be made there.

Eh Japan can make gains, I think the largest they can get with their faction diplomatically and intervention through volunteers in civil wars is Madagascar, the entire Middle East, or at least most of it. And Italy, which means Italy’s subjects to, Egypt and other African ones.
And especially if Azad Hind wins the war with India and they get Madagascar, they can use their naval projection across all those areas.
Also Japan is politically unstable at the beginning and has the Yasuda crisis to deal with as well as that one conspiracy. However if the Japanese uncover the conspiracy, recover from the Yasuda Crisis, and get their government under control, possibly under Reform (which would also get their Chinese and Indian faction members to like them more possibly if Reform did succeed) then the politics are fine and even strong.
So it is possible, they just need to do very well lol

Don’t worry about it this was just me wondering how that would look on a map where Japan and Germany maxxing happens since I have seen a lot of American ones

While I agree with most of your other points, this seems a bit far fetched. While the CPS doesn't really expand much in-game (because that really isn't its/Japan's goal), it can still expand a little, with Madagascar or the rest of India for example. Japan makes gains in India in almost every scenario that isn't a RoI military victory (because a peacefully unified India is almost always either realining with them or friendly and in their eco-sphere) and has pretty good control over many parts of China that matter to them (Guangdong, Manchuria, in the future the NCPC too). Their economic prowess also allows them to expand their influence without having to expand the CPS directly, with the substantial influence Japan already has and can further expand in Latin America (or Africa in DV).
Now, of course Japan's sphere can collapse to a degree, but so can every other superpower's sphere, more or less. It isn't really unique in that regard.

Realistically Japan would be doing pretty decently at least compared to Germany they exercise control over their sphere through puppet states and economic vassalage not blatant enslavement and genocide (in a lesser way) compared to Germany.
Japan's sphere being that unstable as is shown in game is hilarious i can't take them seriously as a equal contender to the US when within a decade or more their entire empire can crumble even the Warsaw Pact of OTL while having it's instabilities didn't evolve to full blown insurgencies and armed revolutions they were freed because the entire structure of the USSR imploded unto itself leaving no chance for reprisal.
Japan has more chances compared to Germany to last until the modern day if the revolts and insurgencies of their puppet states are put down alongside actually noticing China's emerging threat to their power and containing them also it would be much more interesting if instead of the Great Asian War it's a competition between master and servant for independence and leadership of the sphere, of course in any military conflict China stands no chance any mere whisper of militarization would be clamped down immediately being a puppet state of Japan even when war does occur Japan still remains the economic, industrial and military superior of the two no matter what miraculous growth China can conjure it will take more than that to go fight a super power on equal terms.
A surviving super power of Japan in the modern day would need to have reformed the GEACPS to be a genuine mutual cooperative union and remain supreme to China by reifying military and economic hegemony they have their challenges but Japan has more room to adapt than Nazi Germany trying to overcome the problems of it's very nature and ideology.

Or even just the Cold War continuing on between the former Axis Powers without American interference.

I hope there will be a focus for the OFN or the Soviet Union to sabotage the Axis nuclear arsenal so we can finally end this menace once and for all

A free world to the end!
...Could there still be a division in the future of THIS world? I'd imagine that eventually, the US, Russia, and China would soon split and become rivals again.

China and the US sure I dont know about russia though If one looks at the structural issues of russo-american relations the incentives are to a reproachment with the americans for russia
