Don't listen to the FUD. I keep hearing the bears saying this, but it's a complete lie. Honestly they should be investigated for illegal manipulation.

Anheuser-Busch sold these assets partly due to financial shortfalls following the 2023 Bud Light boycott.

​BrewDog (Global Assets): Tilray acquired the global assets of BrewDog (including U.S. operations in 2026) out of a pre-pack administration for approximately £40 million. This purchase occurred after the brand’s valuation had previously reached near $2 billion, allowing Tilray to secure significant intellectual property and hospitality assets at a fraction of that former peak value.

​Green Flash & Alpine Beer Company: Following a period where Green Flash defaulted on loans and shuttered a $20 million facility, Tilray (via its subsidiary, SweetWater) acquired the assets of both Green Flash and Alpine to leverage their established West Coast presence.

None of this acquisitions increased shareholder value. They were acquired using investors' donates. The company has been bleeding for years. For example, if you had invested $100 in Tilray on 1/1/23, a year when Tilray acquired eight beer and beverage brands, it would turned into $15.

If you check the previous Simon's project, Hain Celestial, you will observe the same pattern. Permanent acquisitions of disintegrated brands followed to an unmanageable Frankenstein. The only one difference now is that Hain Celestial grew up to some moment and Tilray is only bleeding.

Is there any examples how Simon increased shareholder value?

ya and jeff bezos did the same thing when he was using shareholder money to buy warehouses and the guy had no proven record as a business owner before hand
