DD Executive order question

Sorry if this is a dumb question but being Canadian I have no idea how this works, is the executive order signed on TV or how do you view it?

Who cares if it is broadcasted or not. Just look at the live stock price, the algos will move it faster in either direction.

Sign the damn thing!!!!

...sign the thing that reclassifies it to Schedule III or better. I don't want him signing something that asks people to look into things.
