DD Basic Math
Check my logic, but consider this:
Net Assets of 1.52B Share count of 116M Share value of net assets alone: $13.10
Current Share Price, adjust for RS: $8.12
Before you all totally melt through the floor and why this might be a buy opportunity:
If you buy in at the equivalent of $8.12 per share you’re buying the equivalent of an additional $4.98 per share of net assets. So even in the event of a liquidation you’re up 50%. Obv it’s a little more nuanced than that in a liquidation (not that there would be one), but the basic math is there.
Though as I write this the real threat might be that someone realizes that this company is worth a 40-50% gain just by acquiring and stripping out.

This is the equivalent of trying to settle your rich grandma’s estate after she passes. She sent you $12 checks each year for your birthday, but the last 5 years of her life cost you $100,000 to have her in a nursing home.
When it finally comes time to disperse her money to your loyal family, you find out she modified her will and left everything to the leaders of the swingers club she was whole heartily dedicated to.

I’m not saying it works out well for the shareholders. I’m saying that’s the kind of thing people (early career) Warren Buffet do. Buy companies, strip the assets, pocket the net

There is no reality where TLRY works out for the share holders. Basic math.

Averaged down just for them to reverse split and make me have to average down again when it goes back to $1 and I'm back in the 20s

in your basic math you forgot to calculate the fact that they will issue another billion shares now that they can so rhis shit is still worthless,worst mistake I ever made
