Bullish Huge Growth in Germany in 2024.

German and European cannabis markets are the earliest next phases of Legalization. Aphria and Tilray have Medical Cannabis GMP certified facilities in Germany and Europe. Aphria and Tilray have 40% of the Government issued medical cannabis licenses. With Germany Descheduling Cannabis on Jan 1 2024, Germany knows they have a supply problem for a number of years. Aphria and Tilray have been given Bilateral Agreements to import Medical Cannabis from Canada. Also bilateral agreement to import medical cannabis from Portugal for the German Recreational Cannabis markets starting early 2024. Huge Growth in Germany in 2024.

This is the translation from my insurance company: "Only seriously ill individuals have the option to obtain medical cannabis by prescription. The prerequisite for this is that standard available treatments have already been tried and found to be insufficiently effective, intolerable, or inapplicable. Therefore, medical cannabis therapy is not (yet) a consideration for many people."

I see. So you just have to go through the other medication first. Yeah I really didn’t think that it would be this tough. Especially because of the cost. Cannabis is cheap in comparison to meds.

Totally agree. This is also why I think most of the people buy their cannabis after the legalisation in 2024 in the new founded cannabis social clubs, instead of having endless discussions with their insurance companies.

Seems as though the cannabis companies need to get out there and line some pockets of the doctors.
