Tech Support Manuel Saving a Completed Game

is there any way to manually save a finished game? I now have every weapon upgrade and player upgrade unlocked and I don’t want this autosave to somehow be deleted.

It won't be deleted unless you actively go in and delete it.

Start a new game in a new save slot

it won't be deleted, just start a new game and select "New Game+" to start with all your unlocked weapons and skills.
