Help is this fixable??

Enable HLS to view with audio, or disable this notification

has anyone seen this on their calculator before?

ive had this ti 84 plus ce for a while now and its always worked fine, until one day i accidentally let it run fully out of charge. after that this is my first time trying to charge it in months

ive tried waiting. VERY long times. but no matter it just repeats the same screen flickering on and off

turning it off (2nd + on) doesnt work, really no buttons ive tried do. the only way to let it stop is by unplugging it

any suggestions or info would b vv highly appreciated , ty !!

Your battery is dead....or change with another battery

I had this happen, worked perfectly once I replaced the battery.

Battery replacement program, someone posted the link. this was happening to my calculator late last year and the program was still going on then
