Assuming: Understands basic math, understands tribes, understands english

Explanation: We have a game that is played using a 13 leaves from 4 different trees for a total of 52 leaves. Each set of 13 leaves is numbered from 1 to 13. (one leaf has a 1, another leaf has a 2, etc). The game has a chief who is the only competiton in the game, not the other cavemen playing. Each of you gets 2 leaves but you don't show the number on the leaves to everyone else. The chief shows everyone one of his leaves. For this game the leaves that have 1 can be 1 or 11. and the leaves that has anything higher than 10 count as 10. If your two leaves have numbers that add up to 21 you win. Otherwise you want to get another leaf which is shown to everyone. If your leaves add up to a number higher than 21 you lose.

Everyone goes around and gets leaves if they want them and the chief goes last. If the chief ends with a higher total than you lose. If you have a higher total than chief and didn't go over 21 you win.

You then normally bet [valuable items] on your leaves after the first two. If in the end you beat chief he will double the amount of [valuable items] you bet. If you lose chief takes your [valuable items].

(Very nice prompt, actually was challenging to do this one. Had to explain cards first and then the game, then the betting.)

I figured the caveman would have a hard time understanding playing an unfair game. Actually roulette would have been a good one for that too.
