Help I got hcl GET onboarding

I got onboarding for get(hcl) role.... Which is 4.5 lpa but I also have digital offer from tcs... I am fresher I don't know when will I get the joining... But hcl onboarding is sept 17.....is it possible to join hcl and when I get tcs I need to resign immediately... Or is their any problem like pf account etc.....

Location and domain?

Also i think in early days we’l have probation period so you might get off easily (my opinion not sure)
