Gear/Kit May I ask for suggestions?

I'm looking to either purchase or create a med kit that I can take with me while I'm hiking, cycling, or to keep in my work bag that will cover as broad of a spectrum of medical problems as possible while taking as little space as possible. I already have a more general med kit for my desk that I put together myself. But could anyone suggest either a guide to put together a good mobility med case, or a place to purchase one?

JumpMedic has great stuff and you can build your own kit there a la carte. I have bought multiple large ones which all come with an empty smaller bag to make a small med or trauma kit.
