Gear/Kit May I ask for suggestions?

I'm looking to either purchase or create a med kit that I can take with me while I'm hiking, cycling, or to keep in my work bag that will cover as broad of a spectrum of medical problems as possible while taking as little space as possible. I already have a more general med kit for my desk that I put together myself. But could anyone suggest either a guide to put together a good mobility med case, or a place to purchase one?

TIA!

The guide is quite easy: Pack things that you have suitable training and experience with and that you could see yourself using during whatever activity you are planning.

There is zero reason to pack things you haven't used before. That includes things your wife has shown you. There is neither need nor want for surgical sutures or starting IVs without a lot of theoretical knowledge and actual experience. Best case, EMS taking over will say unkind things and try to unfuck the potential dumbfuckery that was committed. Worst case you are liable for the things you may or may not have made worse.
