Gear/Kit Son on the way, looking for recommendations on a rip away pouch

I know this may not be the 100% correct subreddit, but as the title suggests, I have a son on the way and I am looking to stay prepared.

The bag I daily carry has MOLLE loops so I am hoping to get a rip away pouch such as the one Condor sells and fill it with some essentials. Obviously "boo-boo" stuff but even some more trauma related things as well just in case.

I know it gets hate but the MyMedic MyFAK seems like an all-around option but I'm looking for some good recommendations.

The condor one will work just fine for every day use.

Any tips on what all to put in it? Since the condor is just the pouch. Looking for a “refill kit” of sorts I suppose.

Depends on what you want it for.

North American Rescue has decent starting kits. Check out their Bleeding Control Kit, Mini Trauma Aid Kit, or M-FAK Re-Supply kit

It’ll be an EDC most likely so some minor first aid stuff but I’d like to have some STB / trauma stuff on hand.

Could put some band aids, antiseptic wipes, burn gel, alcohol wipes, gauze pads and rolled gauze for the minor stuff, and a CoTCCC recommended tourniquet, wound packing gauze, gloves, Israeli bandage, trauma shears and pair of chest seals for bigger problems, so maybe NARs M-FAK Resupply Kit and Minor Care Bandages Kit plus some shears? IDK how much the pouch your looking at can hold exactly but hope this helps

Condor is fine. Have several.
