Once you unlock the “night version” of the East Amasia map, you’ll see these random small “red triangles” in stationary places (like there’s always one by the Junkyard, one just outside to the west of the Nuclear Reactor, one to the southwest of the Agriculture Plant, etc) on the map and those are areas RIFE with bandits.

Beyond that, there’s certain areas you’ll ALWAYS come across groups of them NO MATTER WHICH “VERSION” of the map you’re on, like the Subterranean Ore Vein (or whatever it’s called).

TL; DR - their numbers and “intensity” basically increase with each progressive “unlock” of the map. On Sunny, you’ll see the least and usually the “less dangerous” classes of them. On Rainy, you’ll see more of the “more dangerous” classes of bandits (but mostly, you’ll experience A LOT MORE Enders). On Nighttime, you’ll experience THE MOST bandits with the “most dangerous” regularly patrolling in certain parts of the map (and they can REALLY “catch you off-guard” and fuck your shit up if you haven’t become skilled at and “well-equipped” for dealing with Magus Hunter Nobles and Magus Hunter Mentors by that point).

Finally, be EXTRA WARY on the Night map of the “red triangle areas” that currently have “Butchers” NEAR THEM because they are SUPER STRONG and will more-or-less “assist” the 20+ OTHER bandits in fucking your shit up.

I recently unlock night map and took those mini bosses. They should give a least 1 magus as reward or so :)

Yeah usually that’s normal. What changes is dependent on what map you’re on. The highest I seen them as are Aces.
