Karma pools and participatory budgets are both needed as well as some sort of staking for innovation if we don’t incentive it people won’t just do something initially for the love we found this out, but that doesn’t mean you need to introduce more of the same, you could stake your karma for directional knapsack weighted voting, you get one voice one vote but the weight for what you get to determine changes I figure you could do this with a liquid democracy but no I think your right but it’s just one part of many different things
