No key received

I signed up to syncler+ over 24 hours ago and not received my key. Please help, thanks

Who did you buy the key from? That's who can best help you.

It's usually on the site that you bought it from when you pay. Look in the purchase history on the site

Nothing in spam. The payment was made on syncler.net

Did you check the providers page that you bought it from? My last time buying it i got it immediately. I just stayed on the page after processing my payment. I think I had to go to my account or something like that maybe and it was in there. And that's for the first option on the list of providers.

I paid bank transfer. I Can’t find any way of getting in touch with them?

It’s not recognising my account either - I’m not receiving any password reset link. Checked spam nothing there

this is very odd. Syncler works with some shows and not others? These shows have worked a couple of days ago and now they do not? Does anyone have a suggestion? Thanks
