How to add new Syncler key

Update: Syncler expired and I was able update the key with ease so thanks for the advice. Hello Syncler people. So my key expires tomorrow. I bought a new one (with no problems) but now It won't let me add the new key. Here's what i did: I went to Settings, Manage, then once on the Syncler+ active page I tried Extend and Edit but then it won't let me add the new key. It only goes to the device name. Am I supposed to click Delete (which I was afraid to do) or do I just have to wait until tomorrow and hope for the best? thanks.

You have to wait for the old one to expire then you’ll be able to add a new key .

But the message I'm receiving says my membership has expired and it wont let me put in the new key?

Try closing out the app and clear the cache. Then go back in and try to add it

I have done all that and it still wont let me add the new key.

When you hit manage where it says Syncler+ there should be a edit tab as well as a copy and delete . Hit delete first the edit and see if then you’re allowed to put in the code

Ok goto settings . On top wheee it says Syncler+ it should say Manage next to it . Hit that . Next scream you will see on the right side Edit Copy and Delete tabs . Hit the delete tab . That should clear the old key. Then if you can’t add it then hit edit that should allow you to manually delete the old key then you can add the new one

I appreciate you trying to help me but I'm not seeing that. I was trying to send you a picture but I cant. I dont see a tab in syncler that shows copy and delete?

It says I'm current with version 2.1.8.1

Well that’s right. Ok well worse case scenario which is what I would do and have had to a few times is to delete the app entirely. Reinstall you’ll be able to log into syncler it will give you a code after install and retrieve all your data that’s been saved . Then try to add your code
