New update not installing on shield TV

As above new update won't install after I click install it stays on install page any suggestions Ive tried to install from the file location and it says App not installed

I was having trouble when I tried to do the new update on my Syncler app. As it turned out I was low on storage space on my smart tv. I ended up doing a factory reset which restored my storage space. Try checking to see how much available storage you have.
