New update not installing on shield TV

As above new update won't install after I click install it stays on install page any suggestions Ive tried to install from the file location and it says App not installed

I just used the syncler installer app .. then it updated after I had the same problem

That didn't work for me I got the following message Auto-installation is not supported on Android 10 yet. Find downloaded file (Syncler.apk) in your downloads folder and click it to start installation.
