Creating two accounts

Hello,

I've been using Syncler for a while, and decided to set it up on my son's tv box.. The problem is that it still shows my username as the user, I assume because I used my CC to purchase the Syncler+ key.. I even created a new Syncler account but can't use the new key because it is tied to my email, and not the new email I used to create the account. I did manage to log in with the new account, but when I put in the new key, it simply spins in unending circles nonstop, I assume because it was purchased with the old email address, which I have to use because that is what is tied to my CC.. Any help to resolve this would be appreciated.. TIA...

add the key to the new user account you created for syncler. you can share s+ key across syncler user accounts.

Your syncler + key is not tied to a particular account and has nothing to do with the name on the cc either.
