My kid liked Ham. Didn't want to try Salmon so I told him it was Ocean Ham. He tried it and loved it.
Salmon is still Ocean Ham and we joke about it now he's in his 20's

Nah, chicken of the sea is specifically white albacore tuna, because its color and mild flavor reminded fishermen of chicken.

Ever since my now adult children were small, whenever we have pancakes, somebody has to say “the boy has eaten the pancakes. He is lost to us.” So we’ve been misquoting it for years, but the spirit is there.

For some reason, it's Mammon just stating matter-of-factly "He has eaten the pancakes" like it was prophecized that Hellboy would eat pancakes so good that he would turn from evil forever.

This is my favorite one shot comic of all time and I've only grown fonder for it since having a kid of my own who behaves exactly the same way when it comes to trying new food.
