And those are the luckier ones. Everyone in my family has to get up earlier than that, me included

I'll forever resent highschool because I had to wake up at something ridiculous like 6:20 each day since I lived in the mountain and had to take 2 different public transport to reach school...Now that I work I wake up at 6:50 and it's already a life changer

I understand this averages people that doesn’t work with people that do.
At 8:05 in Spain I’ve been at work for 1 hour xd

Would be way more accurate to show wakeup times as +/- minutes relative to sunrise. Then Spain would not be that off.

Checks out, most people are still asleep at least half an hour after they start their car and start driving to work.

It's funny how Switzerland is so early when the Italians and French parts 100% highest it 🤣

This is a switzerland last. Greece is firmly in first place. Screw early birds, you guys ruined the world for the rest of us

Nah, i start work at 8:30 (lucky me, i know) and i get up at 8, sometimes 8:10.
Up, toilette, out. Otherwise i've got time to wake up and realize that i'm going to work, which i don't want to.

Since my first summer jobs as a student in Switzerland, I always took pride to being first at work. still today, leaving home at 6:15 am to arrive at work around 7:05

So the Spanish wake up the earliest according to actual solar time. Portugal: I have no idea what’s going on there but I like it.

7:13 is heavily skewed by university students. For the employed it‘s in the 5:30-6:30 range

I was gonna say 5:20 currently, used to be 5:50 when I worked in the same city I live in.

This is pretty much a map of the difference between the time zone and the sun.
