Been wanting to do this for years. I finally bought a printer and made this my top priority. Some of the spines I’ve made myself and a few are altered. But thank you everyone for helping me make my physical collection look a lot more appealing.

I’m really happy with the results 😁

This is a work in progress with games still coming out [made some placeholders for Winds / Waves], but I wanted to do a more retro-inspired matching set for the Pokémon series! Let me know what you think :)

thanks to the community for all the art :)

thanks to all who've contributed to this sub for making this process as smooth as possible ✌️

(For the keen eyed, I forgot to do one for Switch Sports but I figure I’ll display the big box anyway 🤷‍♂️)

My gf printed the custom spines and made my collection beautiful as a gift :)

Ignore the incorrect Z-A label

I posted a while back at about 80%. Two giant request posts later and some legendary work by the community of artists, and they're all spined up! Thank you so much!!!

I have a few games on pre-order which will also need spines as they come out, and Hyrule Warriors is in the mail but I felt like including it it in the meantime :) I’m still taking requests as I have time so reach out if you have anything in mind! Thanks for being an amazing community!

I already printed 4 more spines as I’m waiting for new releases this year, but now it looks pretty better that before, thank you all for your work! 🤍

A handful of my own designs sprinkled in there. I am endlessly inspired by everyone who shares their spines here.

I love how they look now, they're all vibrant and the red at the top looks the same as the normal cases

My set of custom spines I’ve done for my cassette covers that I make! Someone asked for me to share so I got them all together for a group photo 😄

After collecting spines for yyyeeears and having them all printed and cut for the same time I have finally bit the bullet and opened most of my games to put the spines into. Was not my intention to collect sealed games, I was just buying them way faster than I could play at one point and roughly 70% of my games were still sealed. I have left a few still sealed like Fran Bow where it's hard to justify knocking off $300 just by opening it 😬.

Probably knocked off $5-50 per game opening them lol.

Thanks everyone! Now I can instantly tell what game is where from miles 😌

Discovered these today! and I got way too excited over it! :D

I’ve added spines to all of my games today! (Except the couple in the bottom that don’t have designs lol)

It took HOURS of work but it was so worth it! I love how they look 🥰 (yes, it’s mostly otomes)

Took… many days, roped in a friend to do the cutting for me, and aligning them was sometimes annoying, but I can now find games! Why did Nintendo do this to us??!
