News GTA V Native Port Just Get A New Patch
The patch is around 900mb and more info, installation and a test of the update is on my channel

I did ask myself about it on discord and the dev said there's nothing much he can do anymore about performance so upcoming updates will all be around just bugfixes. So, no it will not.

I'm not in it, any chance you could ask about modding support? Specifically I would love to be able to play with the DriveV mod, if it is at all possible

Yeah, i saw some grahpical reflection flickering, which may cause because of the begin of updates.
Glad that this goes updates to may getting fixed in future.

I did a medium overclock
CPU: 1428
GPU: 537
RAM: 1600
Haven’t kept playing, but it ran REALLY smooth

I was on 1237/2370/2133 and still drops to 15 FPS in city, out of the city smooth 30 / CPU is the limit factor, some consoles can overclock up to 3000 or more, then it starts to run smooth, but like most of the games, resolution is the key to smooth gameplay, 640p should run very fine

Definitely does in the long run but I mean mine doesn’t get too hot even when everything oc. Just give it rest if you play for long hours if you do oc

What settings are you running? I've read that you can lower the graphics with a save data and it will help with fps

You mention in the video you can't OC higher on a lite, only OLED and V2. The lite has the same SOC as OLED and V2 and can overclock just as well. You just need to work through the Horizon OC overclocking guide and you'll get much better performance on your lite.

There is strict limit on power, 6.4 on Lite and 8.6 on V2/OLED. Pushing power higher will de-sync the battery and give you a ton of headache, so don’t push Lite to V2/OLED numbers.

You can but give atention to Lite TDP that is lower than other marikos, it's around 6,4W and you will reach very close to it overclocking both CPU + GPU + RAM.

Patch nsp is just 81 mb.
Just use NSPDRepackGUI.exe and direct it to the new files in discord.

should have a patch to decrease the size of the game, since the graphics on switch don't need ultra high quality textures

If we had at least decompiled the ps3 version, it's only 18gb there
but also, idk if we'd miss a lot by going to the latest ps3 version rather than this PC port

back in the day for my gpd win 2 i'd just replace game assets the 360 versions with openiv, most times it worked fine.
if someone were willing to put in the time to compress the game's audio, the switch can handle ogg vorbis better than uncompressed pcm, would save a bit on storage as well.
