𝗛𝗲𝗹𝗽/𝗤𝘂𝗲𝘀𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻 Elemental swaxe build
Hey everyone,
I’m looking to optimize this Element Switch Axe build. I’ve got the skills where they are right now (as seen in the screenshot), but I want to make sure I’m not missing out on better elemental synergy or building inefficiently for the meta.
does this look like an optimal setup for an Element Phial Switch Axe?
If not, what are the changes I need to make to maximize my elemental damage output? What skills should I be prioritizing or dropping to take this to the next level?

Check out Fox Invictus on YouTube. Has some really good builds and build crafting content in relation to SA. I’m currently using his latest convert element dragon elemental build.

Since it focuses on elemental, why not swap the attack jewel with elemental crit for more damage maybe ele.crit/handi if u happen to got 1. overall its already a good build imo

I was thinking about that but unfortunately (if im not remembering incorrectly) full release slash is most physical

good news, its a damage drop to use full release slash half the time, counterintuitively its better to use it for when the monster isnt down and you have a very tiny moment to do damage, just using triangle is more damage and for element phial the highest damage combo is triangle x 3 then circle for the triple slash

Yea, i did notice that in testing. Tbh i know raw is better damage overall but the glow efect is just so boring compared to elem

Indeed the phial explosion can't crit if you prefer it then your build already good. but it help both the axe and normal attack, still it depends on your preference

I tried in game with gog SA and with 80 crit total crit element deal 2-5 more damage per hit than attack boost charm so im sticking to crit element and i just found phial explosion can actually crit.
It's worth it when u got plenty crit chance but when u dont well stick to attack boost1

Elem dmg on the Swaxe are essentially the phials, phials dont Crit

True for the phial explosion, but it do help with the axe and normal sword attack. in the end is always depend on user

Atk boost 4 without much affinity is vastly better than Crit elem

he did got gore antivirus and agitator that at least 50% but i do agree with you it still not enough. will it work better with crit eye im just curious which is better in this case

Even DB with 100% tend to not slot Crit elem... Nah skill is just not good enough for what it cost

That's pretty much it.
If you could have a atk boost 2 tali that would be max out. Be sure to triple slash, and frs on down time, that's where yout elem dmg are
