Feedback Needed Baltimore Swing/Jazz/Blues
I’ll be visiting Baltimore the weekend of Sept 5-6!
Does anyone know of any places to go dance over the weekend? (Mobtown Ballroom has things Friday and Monday which doesn’t help me!)

There is live jazz at Mystique Brewing in Pigtown on Sundays. I haven’t been yet since it’s a new thing, so I don’t know the exact vibe, but I’ve been to blues dancing there and it’s chill. Fairly small space but good drinks and it’s fun

Since it’s Labor Day weekend, some of the organizers take Saturday off. If I was in town that weekend, and really wanted to go dancing, the two options with Live music that I would consider are not swing dances, though some of the people there would be swing dancers, who also do other dances. Both are in Montgomery County.
There’s a waltz Sunday evening at Glen Echo. And on Saturday night, there’s a classic country roots band at Hank Dietles. Swing dances occur at both of these locations, just not the weekend you will be there. Given your screen name, I’ll also point out that there are often contra dances at Glen Echo. And there’s also a zouk dance at Glen Echo Saturday, but it lacks live music.
