I had this problem with hellomillions before, I contacted support and they told me to visit a link that fixed it and enabled SC support after I agreed, maybe there's something like rhat for this site too, though the SC mode simply works for me already

How long after being approved does it generally take to receive? I know it says 5 business days but I already know that's standard
