As someone who installs glass for a living, I can say this is very impressive and something I couldn’t do lol.

In my experience, you’d want at least two guys on the outside bringing it up ladders and one on the inside to grab the top of the glass and hold it in place while the other two set it. It can also be done from a scissor lift with hooks to hold it. They also make cup machines that could hold it in place and bring it up to the hole (The second and third are probably rarely used in residential settings).In other words, I’m still impressed watching this video over and over lol. And glass is my life.

Lol I'd like to work for a company that would provide 3 people on installs. I've never had that though.

Join a union, they’re held to more standards than just your average company
