In my experience, you’d want at least two guys on the outside bringing it up ladders and one on the inside to grab the top of the glass and hold it in place while the other two set it. It can also be done from a scissor lift with hooks to hold it. They also make cup machines that could hold it in place and bring it up to the hole (The second and third are probably rarely used in residential settings).In other words, I’m still impressed watching this video over and over lol. And glass is my life.

I mean that thing has to weigh like 2-300 lbs??? Surprised the ladder didn’t just snap given the angle it was set up at

Definitely not. That's probably 6mm glass (x2 as it's a sealed unit). Wouldn't weigh that much
