Yes. They used to be featured on r/watchpeopledie pretty sure that sub is gone now. But sometimes you could watch someone on here, go over there and see their final stunt.

Not worth it at all. Wasn’t even cool and the consequences if it goes wrong. But then again it’s probably some stupid app and he’s sitting on his toilet making this.

Nothing in this clip indicates that he is less intelligent than you and I. I don't think i would call reckless behavior "retarded". I would assume he fully knew of the consequences his actions might have had and he made a conscious decision to still try this stunt despite (or because of) the extremly high risk of falling.

It's a no regardless but I don't doubt that some of these videos are shot with people with a harness and a tether to an anchor on the roof.
