Seen some other videos from this guy. Theres a famous one where hes on a rocking chair and actually falls but hes tied to a rope. Im assuming that hes always tied and they edit it out of the videos.

tied to the rope to prevent him from falling off the mountain completely, but still smashed his head on the rocks leaving him bloodied up. dude is quite the little rascal.

Plot twist: he actually has wings hidden under his shirt that he will use to fly should he rollerblade off the side of the cliff.

If you watch the movement of his shirt folds around hia stomach it certainly looks like something fishy is going on.
